Charges Withdrawn for Unlawful Assault Against Little Girl

Our client was charged with aggravated assault of a minor. He could not afford to be found guilty of a offence due to his line of work. The circumstances were this group of 9 year old girls throwing rocks and bark at his pregnant wife and infant daughter and so he chased them to see their identity and hand them to police. He had every right to try and stop them by necessary means. Police withdraw the charges immediately following summary case conferences.
