Diversion for Unlawful Assault

Our client was charged with criminal damage for smashing a windshield and had a prior for road rage incident.

Our office persuaded prosecutions to recommend our client for diversion and then thanks to our meticulous supporting material the magistrate after some deliberations granted our client diversion to be of good behaviour for 3 months with no further penalty. Client subsequently obeyed and has now had those charges withdrawn.
